So when the word "All" gets said, you interpret that it means "every other technique except for Tsukuyomi"... right.. so much sense that makes. Going by your logic, when Naruto uses Rasenshurkien, instead of Rasengan, it means he doesn't know how to use Rasengan which explains why he chose to use Rasenshuriken. (How much sense does that make to you?)
"P.S. Tobi's speculation, not Itachi saying it" um... Tobi is a fictional character written by Kishimoto (The creator of Naruto) who chose to make Tobi say that to Sasuke, pretty sure your argument is invalid.
/thread (I'll go ahead and take a wild guess that your next reply will be something to do with Sasuke not using Tsukuyomi when fighting Kabuto with Itachi, which is just you trying to grasp on to whatever little bit of argument you have left, even though Itachi doesn't 100% always use Tsukuyomi, he uses a normal genjutsu sometimes, so going by your logic again, it means even Itachi doesn't have the Tsukuyomi technique)

Basically both Sasuke and Itachi can use an advanced form of Sharingan Genjutsu granted by MS Sharingan.
When one of them masters an MS tech further, they give it a name.
Sasuke's advanced manipulation of Amaterasu flames is dubbed Blaze release.
Itachi's prowess with Sharingan Genjutsu is dubbed Tsukuyomi.

something kinda interesting.
Sasuke has the sword of Kagami the sword that was used to appease Amaterasu when Susanoo killed one of her servants, hence why he was granted with greater control over Amaterasu.
Itachi has the tostuka sword which seals people in a druken genjutsu world, the totsuka sword was used to kill the Orochi after Susanoo tricked it into falling asleep by laying out 8 bath tubs filled with Sake, which Orochi drank, hence the sake gord of the blade, this is why itachi has greater control over Genjutsu techs.
As well as that, Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu can not be near each other meaning you can not have a great affinity with both, MS Genjutsu, and MS Black Flames.

Did some wiki reading on shinto religion, Bhudism ect, they don't go that deap into it TBH. I did notice though that there is also some stuff that can link to the way that Naruto seals Karuma.

Oh ok I understand what you mean now. But you shouldn't have used the word "considering". Considering means your statement is influenced by fact, but your statement was all a theory. If you said "considering the possibility" it would have made more sense.

sasukes own MS ability is enton the manipulation of the black froms but sasuke has EMS as in he transpanted itachis eyes with his own so he now has his brothers techniques and his own techniques sasukes regular genjutsu is more powerful until he masters tsukiyomi /thread O and tobi STATED itachi gave sasuke all his eye techniques which includes tsukiyomi so i have evidence from the manga you just keep saying sasuke doesnt have tsukiyomi which is clearly false from the proof provided by others and this post good day
