Sasuke doesn't have Tsukuyomi

Kishi showed his RIGHT EYE when he put Bee in a genjutsu, then the illusion was all black, just like Itachi's tsukyomi. What more proof do you need. He doesn't yell amaterasu when he performs it everytime.

I personally think that blaze release is an advanced amaterasu. It is the technique he realized he could control. I'm sure Itachi had a similar realization with tsukyomi.

As for Shisui, who the hell knows, all we know about him is the fact that he had KA. He most likely only had MS for a short period of time before his death, since him and Itachi were close in age.

There is more to Tsukuyomi, then the inverted colors to. When Tsukuyomi is used the recipient's validity of time is changed, and more.

For starters, it says this in the wiki:
'Susanoo, also known as the Tempestuous God of Valour (勇武の荒神, Yūbu no Aragami), is the third ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan after awakening the abilities in both eyes.' And yes, the wiki is written by fans - but this piece of information was attained from the databook - a reliable source.

Sasuke also uses Tsukuyomi on Danzo - however Danzo says that it is nothing compared to Itachi.

With this evidence, I think it is fair to say that Sasuke has Tsukuyomi.
Not a Sasuke fanboy, actually if anything - Naruto ftw.

This is true, you are right - unlike Itachi who does Tsukuyomi with his left eye and Amaterasu with his right - Sasuke does the opposite.

i doubt it .. we itachi uses his we get to see the genjutsu and what its like in their mind but this never happens with sasuke

True - but as Danzou said, the reason Itachi's Tsukuyomi is superior to Sasuke's is because he could do that. Sasuke couldn't - but this doesnt mean he didn't have it - just means he wasnt as hax when he used it.

He does have it he used it on bee and I don't think he got it from the blood. Remember how Itachi said u gain ms by killing someone important to you? I think when he found out the truth about Itachi he realized that he had killed somebody important to him

Moving astray from the topic at here, but Sasuke using his MS genjutsu simply foreshadows that Sasuke's eyes will be on a level comparable to Madara's at some time in the future.

Let's see ur proof beacuse sasuke didn't kill itachi the only thing that killed itachi was his disease.... Sasuke got it through blood transfer it's shows it In the manga...

Youtube get MS when someone close to you dies. In Sasukes case was Orochimaru. Tobi explained it. Itachi also explained that you need amaterasu and tsukuyimi in order to awake Susanoo.

Now, it might be possible that Itachi gave Amaterasu to Sasuke with his blood, since Tobi stated Itachi put insurance on Sasuke, meaning he gave him Amaterasu

You've provided proof that he didn't use it where you think he should've used it, but you have not proved he doesn't have it.

Son of Odin shows proof he's used it, and the fact (like most have stated) that he can use Susano'o proves he HAS the ability, just not in the strength Itachi did.

Logical speaking than it isn't Tsukuyomi. Tsukuyomi main attributes is its ability to alter the recipient validity / perception of time, while in "that" world. That is what defines Tsukuyomi, and why it it such a powerful genjutsu when caught. So if Sasuke cannot alter the recipient sense of time, it isn't Tsukuyomi; thus Sasuke does not possess it.
