If Sasuke did have Tsukuyomi please tell me how he had never used it in the whole Naruto series?

We've only seen Sasuke in like 3 actual fights since he had received the MS and he was never one to use Genjutsu.

It was also heavily implied in the Kage Summit and Danzo fight that Sasuke's Tsukuyomi was weaker compared to Itachi, but his Amaterasu was stronger.

It's stated that you have to have Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi to get Susanoo. Just because Sasuke doesn't use it doesn't mean that he doesn't have it. Madara didn't use Tsukuyomi, does that mean he doesn't have it?

Tsukuyomi is tsukuyomi there's no such thing as it not being as good as Itachi's.

It was never said by anyone you need amaeterasu and tsukuyomi to learn susano it just says those are techs that you can get from the ms but there are unique ms techs such as koto for Shisui and kamui for Obito's sharingon so you dont need to have those techs for the ms besides Madara can use susano but has never shown amterasu or tsukuyomi.

Sasuke jutsu is tsukuyomi but it is completely different. He is basically generating genjutsu via MS. It is not on the level of itachi's so I don't call it tsukuyomi as to establish that I dont mean itachi's tech. As he can't alter the perception of time.

That's what I was led to believe and what I still believe, Itachi get's a tsukuyomi that can seem like it goes for days and sasuke get's to put out amartersu when ever he likes

I feel bad for you.
1.Itachi said "His tsukuyomi cannot be broken unless you are uchiha blood and have the sharingan." Which means that not everyones tsukuyomi is the same just like how not all amaterasu and susanoo are the same.
2.Databook and it has been stated in the manga that the two are needed
3.Yes, there are unique MS tech but that has nothing to do with how susanoo is obtained. Also, Madara hasn't used a lot of his powers but he is not using them.

I think you just need two MS eyes, not specifically Tsukiyomi. Because it's true that Sasuke has not shown Tsukiyomi.
