The manga says Itachi using tsukuyomi and Sasuke using GENGUSTU SHARINGAN. Susanoo is activated by 2 MS. The Genjustu used on Danzo is a normal genjustu.

Tsukuyomi was said to do damage to the spirit. But Killer Bee doesn't seem to be affected.

personally i think theres a discrepancy with what data book says about the requirements for susanoo and what sasuke has demonstrated with his ocular abilities, but as far as the facts are concerned you need tsukuyomi and amaterasu to be able to summon susanoo as per databook :shrug:

Sasuke has susanoo which means he has tsukuyomi. His tsuku is not on the level Itachi's was which is why anyone can break free from it.
