Alright now I want you to try and use ur Custom into this in order to create an even Stronger Barrier. Make Sure to Keep a lining Betweenn up so we dont get shocked

if an opponent runs into the Tornado Wall they take 40 damage and are thrown into the air.

Good Now we are in a dome of Electrical water. Which Makes this An S-rank Jutsu. It should repel all elements except wind

Because wind is strong against Lightining so when its used against our dome it bashes through the water as well.. So it cant block from B-S rank Wind Jutsu.
