tobi is a great fighter. looking back on it minato should have one but he used alot of chakra keeping the jinchuriki inside of kushina. so i think he faught tobi 50% of his prime

People are starting to over-power tobi recently, somethings need to be made clear in this whole tobi vs Minato argument.
Tobi's intangible(go through objects) ability was easily countered by Minato's speed and precision. Minato wouldn't be taken by that ability which currently no-one has been able to overcome.
Tobi's fan(Originally Madara's fan) has been shown to be able to repel a rasengan. Minato is not careless enough to go head-first with a rasengan, if he threw a kunai and it was repelled, Minato would still be able to teleport to it gaining a close-ranged where-as the fan is supposed to knock people back. If tobi dodges the kunai, Minato is able to teleport behind the person giving him an advantage.
Rinnengan abilities:
Tobi would be able to absorb ninjutsu, in this case, being the rasengan but its a matter if he is fast enough to activate it, or if he can counter with ANYTHING at all.
Almighty Push/Universal pull would be trouble for minato but if he was caught by either I'd expect him to teleport to safety.
Robot-like abilities, Im not sure how Minato would be able to handle this so tobi would have a some-what advantage but firing rockets doesn't seem like it'd do much.
Reviving - Useless in the 1 on 1 fight
Summoning - Would be very difficult for minato to defeat the over-powered summonings such as the multiplying dog but Minato would have frog summonings to handle them as naruto did.
Soul-taking - If minato is caught it'd be dangerous but whenever he is caught he is able to freely teleport away to safety, as seen when Tobi tried to suck Minato in with his sharingan and caught him in chains.
A few points to highlight are that it is proven that Tobi does not have enough chakra to make good use of the rinnengan abilities and that is why he hasn't been using it. It would be a serious strain on him. Tobi's sharingan would be useful but the results are the same as before.
Minato was always planning on adding nature element to progress the rasengan into an even more advanced state but sadly, he died before he could finish. If minato had continued his life we can presume his advancement in sealing techniques/space-time techniques/rasengan-abilities and even sage-mode if Jiraiya wished to teach him.
Tobi did not kill the 4th hokage, he didn't even manage to scratch him. This was a short fight without showing the full extend of Minato's powers. Tobi left with multiple injuries and without one arm. It was the kyuubi that got minato struggling a little. Minato chose to die, Kushina wanted to draw the kyuubi back into her but minato chose to seal half of it within the reaper death seal using his own soul and then seal his chakra in naruto to one day meet him. He did this for the sake of naruto, kushina and the village.

i guess its pure will power dats keepin kakashi and guy still alive. Guy should have gone under d strain of using the 7 gates for dis long. Kakashi used kamui 2 times. I'll bet dat fight with zabuza reaali pissed him off. Although i dont know he isn't showin us some crazy assed moves. He claims 2 hv copied over a thousand jutsus. Then why do we only see a few. I'll bet he has an idea of who tobi might be, but he's tryin 2 be sure. Maybe tobi might just pull off his mask in anger. I wonder who, or what we'll see underneath. I was kinda hopin naruto would pull a minato on tobi with his orange flash speed. Looks lyk tobi's gotten smarter. I guess he is tryin to tire dem out, while givin d mazou time to be reborn. Once again it looks lyk all hope is lost. But can naruto save d day again?

kakashi may be recieving chakra from bee whom still have possession of samehada.
if you read kakashi says that should be enough. all this fighting going on and you think samehada hasnt taste some of the bijuu chakra. just a thought.

Itwas a pretty good chapter. not much story but plenty of fighting. I wish Tobi would use some new jutsu. and what the *@*@ is he using kunai for? Kakashi using Kamui twice and Raikiri was a shock cause he usually would be out of chakra and Gai showed just how awesome his speed is and the teamwork was awesome. Can't wait till they get that mask off! I give it a 4/5! Nice chapter!

we have alreaady seen tobi face before but his just like kakashi we can never seen his whole face because of the wraps and i would like to see who is the one that knows everything i think thats more important right now then this fight because that can answer all of our questions!:noc:

u really are an idiot the only reason the 4th died was because he wanted his wife to see her son all grown up,he did what the first did he got trolled while he had the 9 tails,face man 4th beats tobi with rinn or without it,on side nagot couldnt handle the naruto when he had 8 tails and half of charkra taken from the fourth,no try see him face the 9 tails that the 4th had to face

It will be much more cooler when it will be animated! Anyway how the f*** did tobi mask crack if he was not even hit directly?? When Naruto and Tobi heads clashed the mask not even took a scratch and now it cracks of nothing all of a sudden? What the hell??
Maybe Sasuke should edo tensei Konan since she was the one who f*cked Tobi the most! Of course we have to say that she haD a plan and Minato did not, but she must have seen him in combat or showing his techs so that her plan would go to work as it did....if it wasn't for Izanagi Tobi you would go bye bye so far ago!
Everytime I see Tobi's mask i can't stop think of Rikudo Sennin's or the curse mark from Orochimaru!! The more answers we get the more questions we have! This manga is resembling the serie Lost somehow...as long as it doesn't end's the same shity way that Lost did we ok!!

To all these "Minato vs Tobi: Round 2" discussions, the only way to hurt Tobi is to get him with a counterattack. That's how Minato got him last time, and that's how Naruto and those meddling kids are trying to do it now. I think Tobi learned something from that rasengan to the face and by getting his arm eaten alive by microscopic bugs (Danzo fight). His "attacks" are mostly feints to get everyone to jump up and spend their chakra. If Tobi had to fight Minato again, i think he'd be a little more careful and cunning. Tobi would have to seriously mess up and let his ego get in the way to get hit. That being said, he couldn't really fight back without Minato's speed catching him. Therefore, it would likely end in a stalemate with a winner being the person who could outsmart the other. I think that the Chakra-absorbing ability might throw the battle in Tobi's favor if he could learn how to use it properly. If you recall the Nagato fight, the absorbtion was like a bubble around him. All Minato has to his name really is his insane speed (don't get me wrong, he earned that title), his rasengan, his FTG, his frogs and seals. We haven't seen all of Tobi's book yet.
this fight also shows that the Fourth is really something cause in a small period of time... he manage to damage Tobi as he complimented it. Minato really has the potential to become the greatest Hokage if he didn't sacrifice himself. But luckily the title of this manga is Naruto not Minato. Hehe!!!

common men, be thankful! for you to have all the food you like, you need a big table or atleast a big stomach to put it in. that's why it has a chapter, it means it's a food not just for a day, but also for tomorrow.
Man you should understand that we have different capacities. Maybe HokageTobiramaXx has a small capacity and he really is overwhelm of Tobi's solidification jutsu alone. Imagine if he see more, he might put altar of Tobi in his room. You really can please everybody.
It's 100% true that Tobi didn't kill the 4th. He just made a different plan and the part of it is to sacrifice himself. It has a big difference when you fight for you own motives that fighting while protecting others. Imagine it in different scenario, what if Minato is the villain with his actual jutsu and Tobi is the one protecting the village. Do they think at that time they clash will Tobi still alive?

I LOVED the color pages and I with they'd be done more often but I know that they're a lot of work and we don't want to over-work Kishi...

Anywho, it was good to see more action from Kakashi and Gai. Also we got to see a bit of Tobi and his sweet weapon.
A lot of people think that Tobi will be revealed soon and I used to think so too but Kishi's led us along for this long so it'll probably be another two or three months before that happens...
I also really wanna see someone die....
