How powerful do you think Kakashi and Gai are??

Tobi can be hit, you just have to time it perfectly, and you have to catch him off guard. Minato got it right, but you can be damn certain that tobi won't let the same type of thing happen again.

Minato only managed it because he could teleport to anywhere he threw his kunai. He was the perfect opponent for Tobi. If Naruto manages to learn FTG at the snap of the finger, maybe that'll do it.

Kakashi is mid-kage and could beat every akutski member except pain, Itachi, Tobi and kisame.
Guy is low-kage and could beat every akasuki except Pain, Itachi, Tobi, deidara, and sasori

How long since the first time? I didn't calculate it really but since Itachis death i would say between 1 or 2months have past like i've said in this thread:

Don`t forget that we are comparing kakashi and gui not naruto not killer bee, and second i said in my opinion, third if none of em has done nothing to tobi then for sure i would say they are low kage level, danzou`s anbu guards did more damage to tobi than kakashi + gui + naruto + killer bee altogether.
