Tobi would already be blind if it would be a MS, since he used his Jikugan Ido and controls regularly already 20 years ago, if not earlier.

There is no evidence that Tobi is using the MS, also there is no evidence that you couldn't use the Jikugan Ido and such powerful controls by reching the Sharingans maximum. Maybe this technique is unique to him, but still, he is using it with his regular Sharingan.

There's more "evidence" to support that it is a Mangekyō Sharingan ability than a standard Sharingan ability.

The Sharingan simply allows its user to see the flow of chakra, clarity of perception allowing the user to pick up on subtle details like mimicking movements or read lips, and the ability to copy almost any technique that they witnesses.

No Sharingan in the entire series has done different, not until the realm of Mangekyō Sharingan and Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.


As for the Tobi being Blind theory, considering the vast collection of Sharingan's he has in his possession, I don't think this is the case.

Tobi has done enough things in Manga to hint that he has a MS\EMS, what people fail to realize here is the fact that he uses his right Sharingan eye to do ST ninjutsu, and as far as we know, a normal Sharingan does not give user unique powers, and Tobi's ST tech is a very advanced form of Sharingan jutsu same as Tsukoyomi,Amaterasu,Kamui or Susanoo.

Although i agree that it is only a theory until prooven in the Manga but if we look at the things Tobi has done so far, there are high chances that he is not using a normal Sharingan.

Furthermore it allows you to use powerful Gen and control Jutsus. We don't know what the regular Sharingan would grant you if you reach its maximum. Maybe the Jikugan Ido.

And do you want to sy me at this point, that all Sharingans in Tobis collection are MS with the Jikugan Ido? No, he just collected them after the Uchiha massacre for his Izanagi. His Jikugan Ido eye is unique and he is not using the MS.

Tobi is using a normal sharingan. We dont know if you need to have MS on to control the bijuu. It could be after activating MS, you can control the bijuu with normal sharigan. We haven't seen anyone control bijuu with MS. So we cant come to conclusion whether tobi has MS to control bijuu. I dont think he can use MS because one of his eyes have rinnegan and those who say he has EMS, not possible because he sacrficed one of his eye his to izanagi and he doesnt have pair of own sharingan eyes.

Holy shit you're dense. We know madara MS because weve seen it. You cannot, definitely say, that tobi has MS, because we havent scene it. Your picture of madara proves nothing. In fact, if it proves anything, it proves that you do not need to use MS to control the fox. If you can use MS powers without activating it, why would anyone ever try and turn it on?

It's just logical. When Tobi is absorbing someone, his eye becomes the center of the absorption. Just like a black hole is appearing wherever Kakashi is aiming for, Tobis eye becomes a whole which is absorbing them into his dimension. I mean he isn't absorbing someone in his Sharingan.

Further it was never shown that Tobi is using the Mangekyou Sharingan, for example by controlling Kyuubi. That you can control Kurama with the MS, doesn't mean you can't do it with a regular Sharingan since it offers you controls as well. Tobis Sharingan is just on a very high level, if not on its maximum.

Itachi flat out said you needed the MS to control Bijuus... I don't know why people doubt things like these.. it was obvious he had a mangekyou.. I made a thread about it explaining why 1 bit over a year ago...

The entire Minato fight was fishy.. they stopped showing his eyes once he took control of Kyuubi.. Normally you get a glimpse of tobi's 3 tomoe.. no, not untill the fight was over and Kyuubi got took from his control
