Kisames sword samehade is the best sword in the manga to me. It Shaves, and it devours chakra.

My favorite is Orochimaru's Kusanagi sword.

He was able manipulate it without even touching it!

Ei guys thanks for your inputs. BTW, was it mentioned, or at least shown in the manga/anime that Sasuke's sword is part of the Kusanagi's? If it is, Sasuke has an ace from that especially combine it with the chidori, only Kirabi was able to block it. Aside from Samehada, which can negate the Chidori flowing in it by absorbing the same, only Totsuka can outperform it. Am I near correct guys?
Oh I think Chiyo's Shadow Puppets is also good as it was almost able to match the hundred (I think) puppets of Sasori of the Red Sand. Also the Forbidden Scroll of Shodaime was first of the special weapons that was featured. Does Asuma's blade/Hidan's Scythe have a name?
I was intrigued by that special sword of Itachi, didn't he used it in his final showdown with Sasuke?

Hi guys. It's really informative hanging around here in NB. I would just like to ask you guys for your help if you can mention some notable physical weapons in the anime/manga? Either it is a legendary or a signature weapon of any major or side character. You could also indicate if that is your favorite or least liked. I'll be putting in to good use your shared inputs. Thanks guys.

Oh BTW, does Sasuke's sword also made from the same material as Orochimaru's Grass Cutter? Or at least of an inferior but same component? I think I saw it elongate once when Sasuke attacked the bedridden Orochimaru, just like the Sword Of Kusanagi, just correct me if I'm wrong.

If that indeed happened, then it must be a part of the Kusanagi coz Kusanagi has the ability to extend to great range plus couple it with the Chidori. I think Sasuke cannot just make it extend by himself.

Also, the Third's monkey bar, as was mentioned earlier, was awesome, though we know it is really Enma. It said that it was hard as diamond & was able to match up with the Kusanagi. Even Orochimaru was afraid of it coz he know the Third was so good with it.

I do hope Naruto will get a kickass weapon. A giant shuriken may be where he can combine it with the wind element completed Rasenshuriken so it will be an unstoppable projectile, or a boomerang embedded with the demon fox red flame chackra. He can use either of the two to use instant teleportation just like his father, but of course when that happen I think no one would want to be a villain anymore...

Izuna is right Tobi, you'll be tempted everytime to eat your own weapon even before the fight starts, unless otherwise your opponent eats your edible weapon first Tobi...

Id have to say Deidara's clay is the coolest weapon.

I mean come on you can mold it into any kind of animal (such as flying ones) and it can explode. You could sneak it into ppl's food or up their pants and they wont know what hit them.

Exploding clay is awesome.
