why naruto may not become hokage(yet)

I believe he will become Hokage at the very end of the series. BUT it all depends on how the whole Sasgay confrontation goes down.
As he is now, he is no where near ready. Strength wise he clearly is at or beyond hokage level. But his attitude and lack of emotional control are huge road blocks. Not only that, but there is a clearly established relationship of Naruto to Jiraiya, Sasgay to Oro and Sakura to Tsunade. I can see Naruto as a wandering sage intent on protecting loved ones moreso than a desk jockey assigning missions. Even when getting missions he often showed an anxiety and a lack of understanding as to why some missions were being assigned. The role seems much more tailored for Shikamaru or someone with a higher intellect. But things change quickly and a few events may mature Naruto up instantly.
Sasgay returns as a bad guy and isn't able to be rescued by Naruto ---> Wandering Sage like Jiraiya with a guilt he can't shake ---> Learns he tried his best and accepts Hokage (Saves village and does so after being acknowledged as a clear hero, despite not saving Sasgay)
Sasgay returns and Naruto brings him back ---> Easy path to Hokage but way too easy and predictable of a plotline.

In an ideal Naruto universe Sasuke returns and kills Sakura (as she blindly runs toward him upon seeing him, dumb **** lol), then Naruto kills Sasuke and becomes a wandering perverted Sage because he failed to bring Sasuke back alive.
Man... is sakura for a dumb like naruto, pu##y is pu##y HAHAHHAA
just kiddin, but yeah hell be something like hiraya indeed but he will become hokage eventually, it really doesnt mather if the plot is easy or not to guess who cares!!! hahahaha
The point is that he's going 2 make up 4 the mistakes of jiraya and learn from them... protect the master (kakashi/iruka/etc) rescue the friend (sasuke) get the girl in the end (sakura)

Anyway I think Naruto will become hokage but not until the very end of the manga. Tsunade isn't dead yet there still is some time. He's strong enough to be hokage, and so far from the Pein fight he looks like he is in better control of his emotions but I don't think he's there quite yet.

Wasnt there a issue with Naruto anyways like he didnt want to become hokage unless he could save one of his friends?
I mean he did say he didnt deserve to become Hokage if he couldnt save Sasuke.
Maybe there is more to naruto besides the arc we currently are in, this cannot be the final arc of the storyline...I hope

Yes he is not too young, and there are other young leaders, look at gaara
He has shown leadership, he is konohamaru's sensei, and that requires leadership. He also has a council that can advice him and stuff, no leader can single handedly dictate an entire nation effectively.
Are you kidding naruto has spent his entire life wanting to become hokage, no way he would refuse. And there are also assistance's that could probably assist him and stuff, and can take care of work when and if he is ever gone or not gone. Also Naruto has shadow clones, he can like just create 100 shadow clones and complete all the work in an instant XD, or just send 3-4 shadow clones to do work while he does other stuff.
There is a lot of konoha people still alive. People probably have hidden themselves in the hokage faces, and also not all of the village was destroyed, and tsunades slugs probably protected a lot of people. That was not a nuclear blast, that was just a big gravity wave.
Naruto will become hokage.
