I mean he's been training before he knew about the war, He fought the raikage, He basically solo'd the war with all the clones which split his chakra evenly between them and after all that he's still keeping up with tobi and still going strong! Exactly how strong is he to do all this?:shrug:

Without his edos he is probobly 10 he has body enhancements and DSM still so until EMS sasuke shows something awesome kabuto without his edos would land #10 imo
