Oro took his chakra back remember, So he doesn't have sage mode no more, Plus the majority of his techs prob revolved around oro's chakra but now he's useless again...

Sasuke said that he released kabuto's sage mode for him and oro only retived his chakra. I dont believe that DSM was taken from him but we wont know for certain until he gets out of izanami xd oro's dna allowed kabuto to appear like a snake and use snake like techs and do certian things to enhance his body. but as of now its not confirmed if kabuto still had DSM or not.
