Are you honestly still grasping at that Tsukuyomi argument. Complete and utter wank. All things point to it not working. Nagato mastered Yin Release at age 10, and obviously this is the main component of genjutsu. He mastered it at age 10. Nagato was also capable of setting genjutsu traps in people's minds, something which many overlook. And finally, most importantly i'd say, Nagato possess a superior dojutsu to Itachi. 2 levels superior infact. That's like saying someone with a 3 tomoe sharingan could break out of an EMS user's genjutsu. Laughable. Yet the fanboys remain convinced he could one shot Nagato with that technique. Do me a favour. All low level Genjutsu techniques are rendered useless by Nagato's chakra rods which are implanted among his 7 summons. These rods constantly having chakra flowing through them, so Nagato can easily dispell such techniques by interrupting the chakra flow within them.
Some say Nagato is 'weak against genjustu' which is pathetic. He was caught in Jiraiya's sound genjutsu, which is totally different to visual genjutsu. I recall that Itachi was caught in Tayuya's sound genjutsu, and Sasuke had to break him out of it. Does this mean Itachi is weak against genjutsu? Now you can understand how retarded that statement (Nagato weak against genjutsu) really is. What's even funnier is that Tayuya's genjutsu is of a lower level to Jiraiya's. Nagato is actually quite proficient in the art of genjutsu.
Ok, I'll simplify things for you Itachi believers.
Itachi has Tsukiyomi? Nagato is a sensor. He closes his eyes, fights by sensing. Or flies out of reach of eye contact. Or uses his summons in shared vision, and doesn't let Itachi genjutsu them by constantly attacking him and forcing him to pay attention elsewhere.
Itachi has Amaterasu? Nagato has Preta Path.
Itachi has Susanoo with Yata Mirror, and Sword of Totsuka? Nagato can fly out of reach of the sword (the only reason he didn't was the distraction of the dust), and Yata Mirror isn't 360 degrees of protection, so part of Susanoo can be crushed by Chibaku Tensei. And if you think Itachi can destroy Chibaku tensei, you are really clutching at straws. And even if he COULD, he still can't kill Nagato. Eventually, Nagato with his superior stamina would outlast Itachi.
There are you're counters, and I haven't even gone into all of Nagato's techniques.
Also, I get the feeling that genjutsu against shared vision wouldn't work. If it could, than Itachi could have EASILY done that instead of taking out the eyes of Nagato's summons with Kunai and Shuriken. The fact that he didn't in that battle lat least means that he wouldn't in a theoretical battle because he wouldn't have thought of it. Maybe eye genjutsu only works against the one thing, with which the eye is DIRECTLY connected to the brain, rather than by chakra receptors.
if nagato was such a good sensor then how did his paths get hit by SM naruto rasengan around 4-5 times which is slower than itachi's genjutsu.......by the way i knw nagatos a sensor but this is were ur argument fails.

Peolple say itachi this itachi that.
Itachi vs Nagato.Nagato Is the second sage of the six paths.Nagato can fly for goodness sakes.Deva path basically was soloing the nine tailed fox.
Deva path is enough for itachi. The others are overkill.
Nagato has counters for everything he can throw at him.
Amaterasu:
Nagato uses shinra Tensei to blow the flames away.
Susanoo:
Asura path sucks up susanoo.
Tsukiyomi:Nagato has shared vision to protect him.If its the paths He only cathes one while the others get itachi.
Izanami:Nagato is pure of heart.Wont work.
Totsuka blade:Nagato flys away before he gets caught by it.
Nagato was distracted by Killer Bee and Naruto so thats why he got sealed.
Killer bee and Naruto >Itachi.
Nagato >Itachi
This post has done nothing to disprove tsukuyomi.... your bold statement made me laugh just because nagato has a superior doujutsu does not mean that he can automatically break all genjutsu faster or better.your example fails because it depends on what genjutsu is being used, the skill of the caster and the skill of the doujutsu user with that particular doujutsu.....the facts are tsukuyomi is not a regular/low lvl genjutsu.....Itachi's tsukuyomi has yet to be broken out of other then sasuke and thats not even credible becauase itachi threw that fight.... only those with the sharingan ever have a chance of breaking tsukuyomi....and the difficulty of breaking tsukuyomi depends on the casters skill with it... this is from the databook
the only ones who can defeat Tsukuyomi are Sharingan possessors... And even then, exclusively the elite shinobi who have reached particularly high degrees of skillfulness.
and here is itachis statement
he specifically states that his tsukuyomi can only be broken by a sharingan user with the same blood as him.....so nagato having the rinnegan or even mastering yin release will not assist him in anyway against itachis tsukuyomi.... anyhow i dont believe itachi wins this fight but to say tsukuyomi will not work on nagato at all or that he can break it is falseYou must be registered for see images
I personally don't believe that itachi will defeat nagato but your reasons are a bit iffy
@bold that made me lol xd where does it say izanami can only be used on non pure hearted people?
itachi is not being overrated it's the truth, he has the ability to; it was also demonstrated when he and nagato battled after itachi freed himself from the edo tensei; don't get me wrong nagato is strong, but itachi would win high diff^^ 100% correct
Just saying, Nagato can still counter Tsukiyomi. Look at my post, I prove it in a different way.
