uh...personal guard and most trusted jounin in the raikage's army, cut off ginkaku's arm, pushed them back with storm release, has black lightnign, can combine his own suiton wthout a river nearby with his storm release and electrocute people. i dont think you know what fodder means. fodders are background guys with no names and red shirts, just there to be in the background and to die
