[Discussion] Reasonable Evidence Naruto will surpass SO6P

If you go back to chp. 467 (Declaration of War) we see Tobi talking about the Sage's feats. pages 15-16 show us the most.

First big key- Tobi admits that the Sage's Jutsu for becoming Jinchuriki has been passed down, leaving it for Naruto (or maybe Suigetsu and Sasuke) to find.

2nd- By getting rid of the Juubi Rikudou Sennin was revered as a God, so to reach the same admiration all Naruto has to do is defeat/seal the Juubi again

3rd- Rikudou Sennin had the Juubi's chakra in him already as Jinchuriki when he split it into 9 seperate beasts.(people commonly talk as if he did this with only his chakra and power)

4th- Tobi states outright it is because he was the Juubi's Jinchuriki he was able to achieve these feats.

sealing the juubi won't make Naruto surpass rikudou sennin... u r talking about the founder of the shinobi world and all Jutsu...no one will surpass him...at least its my opinion cuz if Naruto did surpass Rikudou then all whats been said about him will be downgraded...cuz Naruto is not that smart to get matched up with likes the SO6P.

You left out Rinnegan, and the perfect control of all chakra natures, not to mention that RS invented Ninjutso itself. Naruto would still have a long way to go even if he were to actually defeat the Juubi.

Sealing the Juubi was the only thing that made Rikudou Sennin "God like" so if Naruto does the same thing then logically he will. Also this is Naruto's manga him surpassing any character does nothing to belittle there accomplishments.

@Imnoone- Being the Juubi's Jinchuriki may have a lot to do with that, we don't know. I doubt however that RS would have made the moon without the Juubi's power. There's also an idea floating around here that the 10 tails may provide Tobi with MS to activate Tsukyomi, if true it could due the same for Naruto and possibly did the same for RS

i think what made him a legend was being able to invent jutsu and manipulate all kind of chakras...plus his dojutsu...that what made him capable of submitting the Juube's power.
Still, naruto, might end up sealing the Juubi but he will NEVER be able to use all type of jutsus like Rikudou does. Thus, making Rikudou superior.

First of all it doesn't say when RS made those jutsu's it could have been after he was the Jinchuriki and with the Juubi's powers that'd be pretty easy. There's also a theory that being the 10 tails Jinchuriki can implant the host with special Dojutsu. Second, as I said he may not pass him in strength( I believe he will because that's how comics work) but HE WILL pass him in fame and recognition because as far as we know RS was NEVER described as a knucklehead ninja and coming from nothing to the level he's at now is more impressive.
