"TOBI is not so overpowered as some people on this site assume he is...

I remember when people said Kabuto was so strong that only the So6P could beat him - this was PARTLY CORRECT --->>> but ONLY because he had edo tensei activated, WHICH i personally don't believe is part of Kabutos "core power".....

Same goes for Tobi!

Tobi is Strong. He, however, may come across someone who are bad match-up or has advantages, such as Minato. On-topic: Tobi "Core Power" is unknown, but he has handle himself in a way the determines his overall skills such as the Sharingan and Rinnegan. Gedo Mazou is a Rinnegan ability which is part of Tobi's arsenal. Kabuto is the user of Edo Tensei which is his arsenal and Naruto with Kyuubi as well - Naruto utilize Kyuubi's chakra.

Off-topic: How would Tobi defeat Kabuto's Edo Tensei? (Vs. Thread or Naruto Discussion) Tobi, with Rinnegan, which posses the ability to remove souls from the Opponent. Tobi also can utilize Gedo Mazou special ability, such as when Nagato utilize the Dragon Phamton Technique upon Hanzou and the Rain Shinobi, to remove the Edo Tensei's soul and possibly Kabuto, all at once.
