If Tobirama were to spar with Hashi and tried to bring Madara back it wouldn't work because Madara was alive when they were alive.

Are u insane? I like Tobirama but like someone else said he can't bring anyone he wants back to life plus we don't really know if Hashi is dead or whrre his body is at. Honestly speaking the top two hokages all time is a tie between Hashi and Minato. They both took on Madara and Kurama and survived.
