you need to move extremely fast to completely avoid amaterasu or have a defense for it. naruto may sense it coming(which i doubt) but he will get hit like how sasuke tried running from amaterasu and got hit.

In this fight Naruto is even at a disadvantage since Naruto doesn't even want to kill Sasuke when Sasuke wants hardly to kill Naruto. So we can understand why he even says it will be difficult, since fighting someone by holding back is not easy at all

That's because Sasuke read what's in his heart already. What's in Naruto heart isn't fact and Sasuke says he's going to kill him after Naruto stops talking. On top of that he said when we fight next time not currently.

He only wanted Itachi's eyes to completely decimate Naruto, which in turn would reject all he stands for as Sasuke stated.

That statement doesn't in anyway mean MS Sasuke couldn't beat SM Naruto, in fact, Naruto himself even states he couldn't beat Sasuke at his current level.

I'm of the opinion that MS Sasuke and SM Naruto are equal, but that's just me.
