Guys, I think maybe just maaaybe, naruto's trump card against current Obito is going to be Sage mode and I'll make a discussion about why it could be a possibility.
We all know that Sage Mode enhances and boosts the current users abilities, chakra, strength, everything it has. Sage mode it also grants the user the ability to use the force of nature and also gain great sensing abilities that surpasses by far most of the sensor-types in all the series. The mayor thing about Sage mode its that it can be a hax power-up depending of how strong the user is and how is chakra pool level is. For example, Hashirama senju is considered the "God of Shinobi" and we were all wondering how in hell was able to beat Madara every single time even if madara had Full Kurama at his own disposal against Hashirama, well that cuts the chase because Hashirama "base" chakra pool is insanely huge and was able to beat Madara at its EMS state. Now it was explain how Hashirama manage to beat Madara even when Madara had Kurama+perfect Susano combine because his own trump card was Sage Mode. Sage Mode was explained in the series that it is not a simple power boost, it just multiplies the user's status by far too much, its like saying Hashirama's base strength, stamina, chakra, everything has being multiplied 20x. Sage Mode makes the user hax depending on how much chakra the User possess because if the user possess a large chakra pool and if you balance that huge amount of chakra with Nature chakra which its suppose to be balance at the same level as the chakra the user has. The more chakra you have at your disposal, the more chakra nature you will get, and if thats the case, the more stronger and powerful will be the user in Sage Mode.
It is already stated in the series by kakashi and Pa Frog that naruto's chakra pool is insanely huge due to the fact that all this time, when he fought Kakuzu, Pein, Edo Kages, Kurama, etc. Naruto has being using a portion amount of his own chakra due to the fact that he needs to use another great portion of his own chakra to suppress the 9 tails. Kakashi said that if it weren't for that case, Naruto's own chakra would've being 10x or even more than the chakra he currenty has now. NOw that Kurama is now friends with naruto now, just imagine that Naruto can now access to its own chakra fully plus Kurama's chakra AND also in the decent chapters Kurama stated that due to the Uzumaki bloodline, Naruto has the ability to transform any kind of chakra the way he wants, thats why he transformed Kurama's chakra to make it compatible with everyone i the Shinobi Alliance. Taking this case, imagine naruto transforming entirely Kurama's chakra into his own and be able to meld it with Sage Mode, ohhh and lets not forget if Minato gives Naruto the other half part of the KUrama's chakra, their you'll have full Kurama. WE all know that Kurama's chakra is ridiculously huge and all this time we only saw only 50%, now imagine 100% Kurama plus Naruto's own insanely chakra pool combined by transforming Kurama's chakra into Naruto's own chakra to be able to mled it with Sage mode. If that amount of chakra O___O is melded with Sage mode which it grantly will multiply all of their status is like saying Kurama+Naruto times 20x or even more, that will surely surpass by far hashirama Senju and even the current Edo Madara uchiha. With this final power-up he may have a chance to go toe-a-toe against current Obito with Juubi.
I hope one day, Kishi decides to explain a little more deep about the Uzumaki clan and its secrets because that clan is very mysterious and what makes me wonder is that nobody can't handle the Rinnegan since its a unique Doujutsu that nobody can't handle unless your an Uchiha(with Senju DNA) or the other way around OR your an Uzumaki, taking Nagato as an example on this case. In my opinion, I think the Uzumaki clan are the direct descendants of the Sage of the Six Paths himself, because the Uchiha and Senju are descedants of the Sage's Sons not entirely the sage itself. And it was stated in the series that the Uzumaki clan possessed large chakra pools and they were extremely fearful because of their extreme knowledge of sealing techs. If we look closely, the only Jinchuuriki's in history that were compatible of handling the 9 tails power and suppressing it entirely were only Uzumaki clan members (Naruto, Mito, Kushina) and nobody else.
There's rumors that even the Sage of the Six Paths himself perfected and used Sage Mode to defeat Juubi along with the Rinnegan and the other tech he had at his disposal. People say that current Obito with Juubi its almost reaching the Sage of the Six Paths level which in my opinion...the sage is too far much ahead of current Obito...why?? because seriously >.> Just Imagine having Rinnegan perfected with a ridiculous amount of chakra combined with Sage Mode, multiplying all of his current status by 20x or more O__O and since he is the "Sage" he also possess the sacred hax weapons that were introduced in the series (Itachi's spiritual weapons) (Gynkaku and Kynkaku sealing weapons) plus the knowledge of all the sealing techniques that ever existed, of course he defeated the Full Juubi >.> but he obviously had a rough time defeating it by sealing it.
I'm still believing that the Uzumaki clan are the direct descendants of the Sage itself, and if thats the case then naruto's own chakra pool from his own bloodline should be even greater than Hashirama's. Remember, Naruto all this time has being using a portion of his chakra due to the fact that he needs a use the other portion he has to suppress Kurama, so in other words, Naruto's full chakra being released should be even greater than hashirama's and combing it with Sage Mode it wouldn't be a surprise if he surpasses Hashirama and the previous Hokages. That was the purpose of Naruto in the first place, "I will surpass even the previous Hokages including my dad and I'll be the greatest Hokage of all time". Sooner or later, Naruto will surpass the previous Hokages, and for what I've seen, Naruto already has the potential to due so ^_^. If Kishi takes Sage Mode as a consideration, Naruto might fight fair and square against Sasuke only with Sage Mode without Kurama's help but with his own full power and chakra
A fight like this, I just can't wait to see it. Naruto beating Sasuke its by defeault and for sake of the plot, but at least Naruto will win fair and square, proving Sasuke once and for all that he is no longer the looser he used to be in the past.
