Being able to see an attack and being able to dodge it is two different things.

Kabuto's snake form gave him the specialty to manuever well. Naruto can't twist his body like a snake last time I check. I also doubt Naruto has speed on par with Kabuto.

Personally after seeing naruto v pein n now naruto v 3rd I think sm can Dodge 90% of sauske attacks. If danzo can hit sauske naruto in sm hits him n can win.

And Sasuke said he needed EMS to beat Naruto. It's what we call a challenge between them. Why will you fight someone and risk to die if you can have more power that could give you better chance to win? That's why Naruto needed Kyubi and Sasuke needed EMS. Look at Sasuke's reaction on my page carefully. Sasuke knew that MS wasn't enough to beat Naruto. That's why he wanted to use EMS to fight and crush Naruto with all his power like he says here:
