what do you mean it doesn't matter if you can sense something if you dont have the speed to dodge it.
thats sharingan where you see and aren't fast enough to dodge.
sm is sense then dodge(not see) naruto isnt dodging at the moment of ama but before he disperses the fire. in other words he dodges before the attack. you dont have to be super fast(but hes still fast in sm) to dodge something if you know every move before it happens. again your underestimating sm and it's feats.
