Yesterday night at the toilet (xd) i realised something about why kishi skipped many scenes in the war, and why we all we have the impression that the manga goes to fast. Many say'd it's because the manga is closing to it's end or kishi is just tired of Naruto....

But then something crossed my mind and it's the new naruto movie Road to ninja, it was written by kishi and the storyline is basicly about how the manga should end with many twists aka a alternative reality but still very much the same storyline. So i am guessing that kishi rushed things to catch up before the movie get's out so that things that have not yet happen in the manga dont be spoiled by the movie, so i guess in the next 2 weeks that many things will happen in the manga thus not spoiling to much the manga when the movie get's out, if i am right we will have a proof for that in the next 2 issues of the manga.

First emboldened part, lolz :). Second emboldened part, makes me have significantly less belief in your theory, namely the bit about the movie taking place in an alternate universe. This is done in comics all the time where using this plot device gives the author freedom to do what they want without it necessarily invading and affecting the default Narutoverse. For example, a character can die in the alternate universe, yet they he/she is fine in the default universe (common plot device with alternate universes), amongst other uses.

Thus, I think what you've mentioned actually directs my attention to the converse of what you're saying, and that the movie and manga will remain independent, albeit Kishi may borrow some ideas from it.

Further, as an extension of my speculation, I think that Kishi already has an idea of how he wants the manga to end and at least a sketched out timeline of events he wants to take place. As I understand it, this is not uncommon for many authors.

Obviously I could be completely wrong, but only time will tell. I'm just gonna enjoy the ride. Interesting proposal. :)

Peace
