Well if they don't fall directly on you, that means they missed. And your lightning technique broke them to pieces, and those pieces still fall on you and KBB as the description says.

as you moving to the pillars i used meteor to attack you,pillars,KBB

with no pillars your thrown off balance, stopping your ramei.

you can either continue with ramei and stop hiruzen attack(wheel of fortune) but get hit with my attack or your ramei gets cancelled out by my rakiri..
