water, lightning, and earth, I start with
(Kirigakure No Jutsu)-Hidden Mist Jutsu

then I step out of the mist and use
(Raiton:Toruneedo Raitoningu)-Lightning Style:Tornado Lightninig

Descripton:whip of lightning that can branch out when used and doesnt need to flung at opponent to use.

? Descripton: The user of this jutsu create a huge cylinder of high speed rotating water that will surround either him or his enemy, trapping him or protecting the user. This cylinder is closed on the top and therefore impossible to jump out. This jutsu does not require any source of water.

I make it appear around u (since this jutsu is based on condensing the humidity), then I use

and since this jutsu is a rotating jutsu, and my cylinder is also a rotating jutsu, the strength of my cylinder is increase considering that it is now spinning way faster. My cylinder is also highly electrified now with my previous attack, and I finish with

Descripton: The user spits out a lakes worth of water that can be used to attack or used to make other water attacks.
since u where in the sky and I was under u, I spit the water up, directly at the cylinder, and the water will fill the cylinder in no time. Since the cylinder is now full, ur are getting electrocuted, and getting damaged by the high speed of the rotating water.
