Wind suuton: RasenBasin Technique
By manipulating the wind chakra of the Wind Release and Water Release: Waterfall Basin.
RaseBasin appear as a giant shurik-ice, the RasenBasin in the center remaining a perfect sphere-ice of shurik-ice, This technique gives off a loud bell-like screech and is so powerful that it creates a storm with a manupilating water and wind around the area. This jutsu will summon a large amount of water from the ground to form a wave to drench the area and perform a big sphere ball into ice and wind, it can lunch toward you not even a second, this jutsu can wipe you out with one blow, and the shurik-ice will block all your chara point . emphasizing the combination of the highest forms of shape manipulation and element manipulation. However, this was proven to be the most difficult thing to do.

yes first i need you to mix some of my water while you made a clone perform a rasengan to your hand.
Water Style: Water Shockwave
This technique allows the user to make a spiraling vortex of water from the moisture in the air
while the water is keep floading to the air mix you chakra into it, then make your clone keep perform the rasengan to your hand, then i will let my chakra fload to the water shockwave at the same time so our chakra can be mix together, it wont be that hardfor me to perform it.,

ight The Wind Release Rasengan is about half complete , while my chakra is mix to yours, now im gonna be able to perform a water that spirals in my hand and a highspeed ,
water clone jutsu: 1 clone eppear and start perfoming the water spiral trough my hand.
since you mixed your wind element with with my water element during this training, maintaining its original stability and increasing our power, far beyond
k this is it i need your clone to form the shell to maintain the sphere shape, and the other to mix the wind-natured chakra
