About moon's eye plan..!!

The plan is that tobi uses his mangekyou (not sure of the spelling) to cast an infinite tsukuyomi on the world, right..??
As we already know, sasuke might counter it (as sasuke countered itachi's tsukuyomi easily)..and even madara..
And a genjutsu can only be casted if a person looks into the sharingan of the caster..
Tobi reflects his eye on the moon (sorry for the wierd way of saying that xd), good enough..but how does he make so many people look towards the moon..Now that all the kage's know about his plan. they can easily avoid that and even order the allied shinobi forces to avoid..
any views..?

Guessing, the Genjutsu is cast from the Moon upon the whole Earth like sound waves, sorta speak. Its unknown if Sasuke could counter with his MS alone or any other because of the strong Chakra the Juubi (or Bijuu) posse.

The reflection on the moon will be that of the juubi's eye.
No one knows its powers so i can't say anything about breaking it.
Matter of fact i don't think tobi has MS

I agree with some parts in fact I think that Tobi/Madara wanted/orchestrated the Uchiha massacre because they would be able to stop/fight the moon's eye plan. Although I think when you add in the amount of chakra that Tobi/Madara would get from the Juubi then I do not think it would matter if you looked at the moon or not only someone that is a high level Uchiha or someone who has a tailed beast (which would not exist anymore) would be able to break the genjutsu.

Well the moon turning red and having tomoes on it is not something you see everyday,not every person knows about this plan so they will most likely look at it.Plus Sasuke only broke Itachi's Tsukoyomi because they are brothers,family members can easily break tsukoyomi.Proven during the Sasuke vs Itachi fight.

Tobi simply just look at the moon with his sharin eye and waves turn the place to tyuskiyomi but it will last forever.

maybe since the moon produces some kind of light on to the world then anybody who has their eyes open will be casted by the genjutsu even if they are not directly looking in to the moon.

I think it is made up. Tobi thinks it is real because madara lied to him. Madara is planning on reviving the ten taills and taking over entire world
