no i'm killing the clone not blocking his water spikes... i killed him before he used the water spikes

Well i dont have sharingan. so i wouldn't know.

What i do know is it allows you to read ninjutsu,genjutsu,taijutsu and bit quicker
But idk if it's faster than a speed of a thrown clone from the sky....
