1) Preta path has shown that he can absorb almost any ninjitsu, however trying to absorb a TBB which is equivalent to 5. Though this is debatable I think it is highly unlikely.

2)Dog summonings, imo are not a threat to BM naruto. Naruto has enough speed and raw power to catch the dogs off guard and competely disintegrate them with TBB.

You might say " Nagato's ST in person is much stronger" While this was only a 7 tail form. To take it even further, he actually repelled the attack so cased close. imo the jump from 7 to 9 tails is a bigger jump than Deva to Nagato. So even if Nagato used this tech in person, I put my money on the 9 tails.

4)If Naruto had no info, I agree he wouldn't know how to stop it. But we really can't tell. Because he has the raw power to single handedly destroy it, he also has the co-operation of the 9 tails who knew the sage and how he sealed the 10 tails via chibaku tensei. So im guessing he also knew CT weakness. Or even if naruto gets caught in CT, the 9 tails imo could break out of it easy.

u mad dude. naruto made nagato to change his mind and emotionally blackmailed him to revive all the dead person with his mere words. that is power of naruto . he made nagato change hence bad nagato was weaker than naruto. thus nagato end up using all his chakra to revive konoha and died . hence in a way naruto milked nagato and beacame reson for his death.

i agree with cerox0.. although the show is call Naruto, doesn't mean he is the strongest character in the show. That what make the show so great.. Pain/Nagato has the Rinnegan. Only Rikudo Sennin and Madara had it. And that is a God like power. I don't think no one other than madara can beat Pain/Nagato.. Maybe Naruto will get stronger than Nagato but only because Kish. want to make yall naruto fanboys happy smh

Actually he was back to his full strength (deva path), even after his OP ST the other clones were destroyed meaning he could focus more of his chakara on deva path. Using this logic Deva Path < 7 tails ST wise, I still stand by what I say. A full 9 tails hence BM naruto is still > Nagato even if he uses his techniques in person. Actually this might not hold any relevance but during BM first appearance , kurama's roar actually sent the other bijuu's flying. That was just a roar and it has a similar effect to Nagato's ST. His roar sent Bijuu's flying. In no way am I saying Kurama's roar > ST. I am just comparing the power diffence. Nothing can stand up to kurama's raw power even the rinnegan in this case. The recent chapters are proof of this.

Most strong characters are either over-rated or under-rated. Nagato is no different. Although, I don't believe anyone with the Rinnegan should be under-rated by any stretch.

Nagato is one of the most powerful shino in NU without a doubt, but as the sage said with the right host (Naruto) they will realise true power, meaning that Naruto, or at least the tailed beasts, will become more powerful with him than they were with the sage.

At the moment Karuma and Naruto working as a nin-jin is more powerful than free Karuma, and Naruto's speed is too much for Nagato to act upon.

Kish is the only reason Nagato is so string in the first place ... :flaw:

But title doesn't always make for strongest character; that's true.
