To be honest, realistically its gonna be Hollow powers... Or maybe the Visoreds?

Kubo won't bust out Ichigo's Hollow this early. Ichigo's Hollow has always been his trump card - his last resort when he's out of options. Kubo would be an absolute moron to use Ichigo's Hollow so soon. He hasn't even fought a Sternritter yet.

Think about it, if Ichigo has to use his Hollow to break out of a little cage used by a lowly Vandenreich lieutenant, then how is he going to match the Sternritters? Makes no sense.


It'll have to be someone else. Urahara or Grimmjow are my guess. The Vizards are a possibility too but I don't see how they'd even have a clue about what's going on right now.

I don't like how Kubo just let Urahara let his guard down like that I mean come on this man is a Genius and one of the top strongest in bleach for him to get hit like that just means he got downgraded. Chad and Orihime are down of course I think either Ichigo will get help from a unlikely assailant or Ishida might come to the aid it would be nice to see Grimmjaw make his appearance within the next chapter or so.

Well it can't be helped since he did blow a hole right in the quincies chest and if we do see Ishida I don't think he will be helping Ichigo and the others.

Yea it was plot degradation for urahara by kubo. I don't think that, if ishida is to arrive, he will be helping ichigo. we might have that sasuke vs naruto feeling when a comrade changes sides

Unless Urahara had another inflatable gigai Just for old time's sake I'd say that cage with Ichigo in it is a bit like Riruka's Dollhouse, you can break it by overloading it. Therefore Ichigo just releases more power, same old thing...

Hmm some interesting points but I doubt it will as simple as overflowing the cage with power will break it, also with Ichigo's Bankai not being stolen perhaps it's neither his hollow or fullbring both would be far to obvious for Kubo extremely complicated story.

Here's my theory I don't believe they are just sealing Bankai, think about it Toshiro was shouting for his Zanpaktou to answer... yet it didn't perhaps they are stealing the spirit of their Zanpaktou and the reason Ichigo's Bankai can't be stolen is because Zangetsu isn't with Ichigo anymore... also I know he has the blade and everything but just as Ichigo was about to use the Final Getsuga Tenshou, Zangetsu said farewell to Ichigo and I believe there was a reason for that as why would Zangetsu say farewell as to me it seems like a permanent goodbye not just a temporary thing.

I know a lot of people will say Zangetsu is still there because he has Bankai but if that was the case why hasn't Zangetsu been in contact with Ichigo, he's had time, also doesn't it seem strange that by the looks of things it looks like Isshin also used the FGT but regained his powers over time, however we did not see Isshin call out Engetsu when battling Aizen perhaps there's more to it than we think.

Maybe just maybe the FGT doesn't just rid the user of their spiritual pressure.

i think they cant absorb his bankai as its spirit is no longer just a bankai is is also a hollow from when tensa zengetsu absorbed hollow ichigo, and by the looks of it his bankai is now also a fullbring as his bankai has changed since he got fullbring suggesting that it may have mixed with it (it is also possible that ichigo just activates his fullbring as well as his bankai)

not nescecarily you can overload electrical appliances with an electircal power surge which is basically the same principal, the appliance runs of electricity and the reshi cage runs off reshi meaning that in theory ichigo could (i hope he doesnt i wanna see some urahara badassery) over load the cage with a massive amount of reshi that cant be absorbed in time.

Well to be honest not using Shikai against an a opponent like Aizen is pretty stupid no matter how much it's used for plot, I mean seriously even Urahara used his Shikai against Aizen.

Anyway yeah you could be right but as of now I'm just piecing together what Kubo is giving us in the chapters and thinking what the reason maybe the only reason I came up with this theory was when Toshiro got no answer from his Zanpaktou straight after he had his Bankai stolen.
