Ok. I didn't really mean that a physical part of Minato was sealed in Naruto. I meant part of his soul, but with your counter-point, I'll change my 'what if' to all (instead of part) of his soul. Look at when the 3rd used the Reaper Death Seal: His soul went to the same place as the portion or Oro's soul: into the Reaper's stomach. (He ate it, or something, right?) Visualizing what happened with the nine-tails (because we don't really know what happened, other than what the seal on Naruto's stomach looks like, right?), this is what I see (not really believe; just an off the wall guess): Instead of a hand coming out of his stomach to pull the soul, as with the RDS, where it comes out behind him to be sealed, Minato somehow, temporarily absorbed the 9-tails' chakra/soul. Then, it is channelled out of his body, like down, through an arm (or both), into the waiting vessel, Naruto (picture it looking like CPR, but with chakra flowing down his arms, into baby Naruto). Then, as a cost, (or a saftey precaution, or to elimine/force all evil chakra out of his own body) his soul has to follow. With the Reaper Death Seal, Oro had already lost the soul he lost for a moment, before Sarutobi finally died (I know, just so Sarutobi could finish what he was saying/talking trash). I'm rambling a bit, so feel free to ask questions, clarifying or expanding on this truly unique position. LOL
