dude, its possible theyre busy. itd have been best to wait, this kind of thing happens to me everytime i get banned. now, since you made an alt, theyll have no choice but to further your ban.

p.s., unless you were banned before your join date, which is impossible, it hasnt been a year yet.

Go onto any hot thread and look at "users currently viewing thread" the shiny ones are mods/admins i believe, i think thatd be the easiest way to go about it
