Wow, what an amazing chapter. The end really made squirrelly, that's how exited I am to read the next one.
That Madara would stop fighting the Kage was obvious, they wouldn't have a chance against him otherwise - and it's very unlikely that Kishi lets five so important characters die the same time, though that'd be pretty awesome and would totally underline Madara's superiority.
As for the title 'The third Power', it was kind of misleading. Somebody said that it'd refer to Juubi as Rikudo Sennin's third power; however, that's very unlikely. Rikudo's third power is/was the Rinnegan, hence the Juubi would be the fourth. The chapter's main focus definitely lay on Sasuke. So I guess it refers to Sasuke/Taka being the third main power influencing/controlling the war next to Tobi and Madara, now that he has the scroll and plans something big. That's perfectly hinted by the last page, where we can see all three of them in a line. There's also the possibility of it being a bad translation; wouldn't be the first time. Let's see what title *********** will give the chapter in a few hours.
But the biggest mystery remains; what does Sasuke want with Orochimaru? At first I thought that Sasuke meant him with 'the man who knows everything'. But after reading it a second time, that becomes unlikely. Sasuke's talking in two different ways about him and the man who knows everything. He'll meet that man, and there's something Orochimaru must do to enable him to do so. I might be mistaken, though. But, assuming I'm right, who is that man? The last page hints that it could be Tobi or Madara, both characters who pretty much know everything. But why would he need Orochimaru to talk to them? I don't see any reason, here. The next idea that popped into my head was: Rikudo Sennin. It's quite some guess, but wouldn't it suit Suigetsu's shocked reaction after finding the scroll? Furthermore the description of a man who knows everything suits Rikudo Sennin the best of all. So, was Orochimaru planning to revive the Rikudo? But wouldn't that be a bit too much over the top? And Sasuke meeting Madara would perfectly fit. A conversation between those two hatred-driven, powerful Uchiha. And Madara becoming Sasuke's mentor would be just awesome. And what was in the scroll, exactly? A simple way to stop Edo Tensei wouldn't suit Suigetsu's reaction after reading it. But it must have some connection to Madara. And why wasn't Sasuke shocked or surprised that Suigetsu and Juugo refered to Madara as an Edo Tensei? Since Sasuke was calling 'Madara' Tobi the last few chapters, it seems that he saw through the disguise - but he shouldn't know anything about the real Madara being revived by Kabuto. Oh, I just love those chapters that bring up those lots of questions.
Oh, and there were two passages that made me smirk: Suigetsu comparing Kabuto's snake to a giant penis, and Gai making a 'little finger attack'. Hillarious.
