I know this has come up before but i wanted to put my own facts into it.
Rasenshuriken can destroy a susanoo and this is why.
Onoki destroyed Madara's Susanoo with Dust Release.
Now what do we know about Dust release:
- it is an advanced nature kekkei tōta, an advanced version of kekkei genkai, which is created through simultaneous use of the earth, wind, and fire natures. The techniques of this nature initially form as a small three-dimensional object (e.g. a cube, a cone, etc.) composed of chakra that forms between the user's hands. When the technique is released, the form expands and surrounds the target. This nature allows the user to manipulate molecules, giving them the ability to disintegrate anything on a molecular/cellular level within the boundaries of the three-dimensional form.

Now next we are gonna take a look at the Rasenshuriken:
- By manipulating the wind-natured chakra of the Wind Release: Rasengan, Naruto was able to create four large points, causing the Rasengan to take on the appearance of a giant fūma shuriken, with the Rasengan in the centre remaining a perfect sphere. The technique gives off a loud bell-like screech after being formed. The Rasenshuriken creates countless microscopic wind-blades that damage the body on a cellular level. The wind blades sever nerve channels in the body, leaving the target unable to move after being struck. They also attack the chakra circulatory system, which cannot be repaired by any form of medical ninjutsu. This allows him to throw it at his opponents, and removes the threat of damaging himself with the technique. Another improvement is that the shuriken now expands after it has been thrown, compensating for imprecise aim or fleeing opponents by widening the area of effect.

But there are still those who will say you havent shown me enough evidence. So now i will show you another technique that works at a cellular level to destroy susanoo slowly.
As you can see the acid mist destroys the osteocytes of the susanoo bone which begins to disintegrate it. STARTING AT A CELLULAR LEVEL. Hopefully you now begin to understand that susanoo can be destroyed at a cellular level..
Some will say that sasukes susanoo has armour on it. This makes no diffrence. Because we have already shown that these attacks are cellular.
Now this will hopefully allow most to see that sasuke using susanoo against naruto will prove to be ineffective as naruto can destroy it. And if he is caught with RS it is the end of him b/c as said earlier it will paralyze you so that you cant move, which means you will take all the attack.
Sasukes best bet is Blaze releaze, but facts also suggest that naruto is faster that amaterasu.
Many will try to debate this theory but this is why you are wrong also:
A (raikage) dodged amaterasu, Naruto dodged A (raikage), so naruto can dodge amaterasu..
This is all i wanted to say. I hope this encourages people to see that at this point in the manga it would be very hard for sasuke to challenge naruto.
