Why do people keep saying that Sasuke is no match for current Naruto?

The only other person to do this was Minato, is Minato faster than Raikage, yes, especially seeing as he can teleport, meaning Naruto is faster too. This doesn't suggest he is faster than Minato but it suggests he is at that level which is faster or as fast as A.

Exactly, people let their preferences get in the way of properly discussing the manga (it does work the other way too) but if you are objective, you would say they are equal, even though BM Naruto is too much for him from what he have seen.

What the arrow lacks in power it makes up for in speed and acurracy so deflecitng a tbb is no problem.

MS genutsu works, it worked on bee because its too fast to escape. Bee only recovered quickly and countered while Sasuke was feeling recoil. Since he has EMS he dosent feel the recoil, he only bleeds.

The raikage can only dodge it because of his reflex, Naruto dosent have those reflexes.

I agree Naruto has the speed to dodge amaterasu but he dosent have the reflex.
The raikage dodged it because his V2 raiton amour enhances his reflexes.

Aiming a susano arrow at TBB could deflect it and I doubt TBB alone can break susanoo.

Sasuke's intelect is way beyond Naruto's

Sasuke's arsenal is way more versatile than Naruto's

When Naruto unlocked bm his reflexes showed improvement, he was able to slap away 5 tbb at point blank in an instant. Also he was able to dodge Raikage's max speed. He's completely different from when he first used his speed against Kisame.

Susanoo arrow isn't doing shit tbh.

Intelect isn't a huge deal, Naruto has shown intellect in the way he fights e.g Kakuza, 3rd Raikge and several other moments.

Versatility doesn't matter so much and right now Sasuke is just ems spam.
