Outside BM they are pretty equal I agree. I think Naruto is too fast to be hit by Amaterasu even in KM as he is as fast if not faster than Raikage, and rasenshuriken would break through earlier stages but I don't think it would break though a full susanoo. Sasuke is far better at analysing a battle and formulating strategies but Naruto on the other hand is very good in terms of deception. Naruto has more fire power but Sasuke probably has a better defence and probably has more to show us, they are going to be equal until the very end.

Using the name of the show as an arguement? What happend at the valley of the end or Orochimarus hideout? Sasuke could have even killed all of team 7 (minus Kakashi) at that one point if Oro didnt stop him.
Sasuke is not bad, he just represents the darker side of things.

TBB - More power than Susano'o Arrow. One small TBB was able to destroy 3 Rashomon. TBB > Arrow

Genjutsu - Kurama is the answer.

Edit: Naruto's speed is too much for Sasuke. U_U He can't even keep up with Raikage V2.

- Not that speed. I've readed some spoilers, that says Sasuke maybe will be able to to Tsukuyomi in real world (This means he will be able to keep up with Naruto's speed, and become OP fast himself - Space time ninjutsu kinda).
- Naruto can't do much in a genjutsu, but he have Kurama that can help him. Sasuke isnt a good genjutsu user too.
