Is Kiba is the Weakest of K11?

maybe of the guys but not really the whole and he should get new jutsu because right now only neji lee and sakura (if she upgrades to sm) can even stand a chance of kage level enemies like gaara xd

Fine Kiba VS Sakura and Shino VS Kiba are debatable but he can certainly beat Ino, Tenten and Hinata. What would Hinata do against fang over fang?

Kiba is one of my favorite character. But most of the people says " he is so weak". Only he can do is Gatsuuga right?
but at least he can beat down Sai or something......

Okay people don't seem to pay attention to Kiba because they think he is weak but in actual fact he isn't (I know I am a Kiba-fan but bare with me). If you look at the Databooks Kiba is a 4.5/ 5 for speed which means he can speed blitz most people. If you need comparisons with speedy people have a look at these other scores

So basically Kiba is as fast as Rock Lee. Also his Fang-wolf-fang would wreck anyone. He is yet to fail in marking someone with dynamic marking (this includes Pain) so that doesn't seem like a problem. Once he transforms your practically screwed, since he doesn't even have to hit you for the opponent to get sliced up.

Given the current standings of everyone I would say that Kiba can beat Ino, Ten-Ten, Sakura and Shino. Hinata would be a good fight to see. Also people always claim that Shino has never lost a fight, when it is also true to say that shino has only ever won 1 fight (chuunin preliminary exams) and that isn't very impressive. Based on what Shino has done since, which is nothing, I would say Kiba > Shino since he can speed blitz him, and his nose would allow him to tell the difference between the real shino and a bug clone.

I agree and Kiba also beats Hinata she does not have rotation and her speed is only 2.5.

Indeed, if you actually look what is canon and what was only in the anime for Hinata, she actually has very little up her sleeve.

If Shino has some stink bugs of his sleeve that might be a problem (considering he left a female beetle to give a scent, he may have others). He doesn't have anything on panel that would do much to Kiba though, even with his nose.

Kiba is not the weakest. I believe he is high chunin level but his versatility and intelligence sucks badly. His jutsu is pretty powerful and would wreck an enemy if he manages to hit one. He can beat Ino, Tenten, Hinata, Sakura and maybe Shino because Shino seems to be a bad match up against Kiba.
