Well there is nothing particular to that technique but the hard part of actually manipulating the sound to your opponents reach and keep it within his ears, requires some decent chakra control. So practice on that

Activating my two elemental chakras, being lightning and wind, and channel 'em into my hands where I then clap my hands together, causing sound waves to be released. They pass by my enemy with a ringing noise, which I carefully manipulate to stay within his ears, by channeling some of the sound waves to stay within him. Which will cause noise and give him said disadvantages in the jutsu description. =|*

Its simple enough. The exact strength of this technique is questionable, some say it takes bitch trouble for sound to even break glass. Sound shatter objects when its frequency is higher then the frequency of the opposing objects molecular vibrations. The vibrations weaken the objects structure and pressure shatters objects, this is nearly impossible if we were just to use our vocal chords but over here we're using chakra which is another form of energy, using chakra we're able to provide it with much more energy then we'd be capable of in real, then its chakra natures are capable to fending off alot of solid elements. ~_~ this might be confusing and all, but the simple point is, the technique is strong dont let arguments fool yo

I then forcefully slams my palms together causing the two ''pools'' of vribations to make impact with eachother causing a powerful wave of sound, capable of breaking various objects. Bathe yourself then, after that start meditating. There is nothing to teach, no particular technique that makes it easier. You must learn to pull natural energy in your body from the surrounding. The oil makes it easier, once you get to practice it using the oil. Start with the harder part of doing it without the oil. Dont worry about anything, i'll balance your chakra if needed so there wot be any statue transformations.

*Soaks myself in the oil bath and sits down, in a meditation position. I start drawing in the natural energies around me, into my body. I start mixing the natural energies with my own chakra, creating a sort of balance inbetween them, mixing them perfectly together, allowing me to enter Sage Mode. *
