This is what you should do:

• First, read the rules that Mig posted.
• Then, follow the template.
• Also, look at a couple of other bios to get an idea of what a good bio should look like.
• "kokoro no me(minds eye)" is no kekkei genkai, and you need to be Official Sage to create a custom clan.
• You can't be in all those clans, read the rules and restrictions for the ONE clan you want to join as well.
• You don't have any summonings as of now. You can get these later (only two allowed), read the rules about this as well.
• Same goes for jutsus, you have to learn them and can make custom jutsus later.
• Delete everything that you can't use at the moment.
• Put the first element you want to learn in it as well (being one of the basic 5)
• With all due respect for Tsuchi, she is not an rp mod. She is right, you need a bio to become sensei, but you need a lot more. Next time, ask one of the rp mods for advice, or members who rp for that matter.

Um, since my clan is descended from the uchiha, senju, kaguya, and hyuga, since I have shikotsumyaku from the kaguya, I'd be able to alter my forehead into an third eye socket for byakugan, and say that I have sheer mastery with ems(in the future, that is), like madara uchiha, but that I keep right eye rinnegan, left eye ems(for stronger genjutsu), and third eye byakugan(at first kept hidden or closed till opponent figures it out)

All this is figurative, since I can't use all that yet, kokoro no me is not a dōjutsu even tho it may seem so, but Thts cuz the 3 great dōjutsu are associated with it, also it is a kg for enhancing body & soul, plus allowing for multiple kekkei tōta, and being attuned to chakra natures

No, I don't think that is a good idea. First of all, you cannot create a new clan, not yet anyway, meaning your character does not descend from all those clans. Also, I think Madara is the only one to be able to do that as of now, and I bet he is heavily restricted.
Start with nothing much, then you can only move upwards. Accomplish things, that is the way you will enjoy rp the most imo.

The difference between sempais and senseis is that senseis have passed a test and can teach (almost) everything they know. sempais can only teach the basic 5 elements. Then there are masters, who can teach a special ability, but I don't know who they are and what they are teaching. For that you should look at the sensei table.
A code or rule, don't spam them, be polite and be patient. I think you will have the best chance if you keep that in mind.

what i understand you have to be kage lvl(8000 post or something) to be able to create your own clan and kekkei genkai.

Actually, Sage level in post count (10,000 posts) and you have to have passed a test, the Sage test, so that you can become Official Sage.
