Help me create an interesting villain

Hey guys, I kinda want to get people's ideas.

I have a request for a fanfiction (that I will start once I finish one of my current ones) The request was for a Naru Hina, but I dont like pure love fanfic. I want action too. I know that I want a villain who uses both a new bizzare Kinjutsu and also has a unique powerful kekkei genki (not a dojutsu)

Any ideas for the kinjutsu and Kekkei genki?

Note-

-I want the Kinjutsu and Kekkei genki to work good together and work for combos

-I dont want the Kinjutsu to be an ability of the Kekkei genki

-If you can think of a Kekkei genki Stealing Kinjutsu, that will be appreciated

-Even if I like your idea, there is no guarentee I will use it.

hows about gas release? like a guy who has the ability to spew poison. i know you said kenjutsu be he could use a fan and wind style techs to spread the poison over vast areas so it cant just be blown away with other wind techs. the dif. in beating him would come because you would have to think of a way to do it without breathing????

I had an idea for a KG that is plasma a combination of fire and lightining and fires like beams at the enemy (like a cooler thing Dauri uses, but like an orangy blue colour) and it can penetrate anything. Called Plasma cannon release.

Kinjutsu wise hmmmm, not got any bright ideas

The Kinjutsu; Called Atomic Recreation: The ability to absorb the amount of Atoms in a certain object and recreate a new object, using previous atoms.

Kekkei Genkai; Called Atomic Alteration: The ability to alter the arrangement of atoms/particles thus making an object's state different from it's original one. You can also increase the amount of Atoms slightly, including a human's atoms in their body.

Combo; Increase the amount of atoms in an object and then re-create it so you get a bigger object.

Combines water and fire to turn the user into an mist that can change shapes and is invulnerable to physical attacks.

for the kekkiea genkie he can have the first Time based nijutsu, flow realese it allows him to slow objects down to near stopping motion but for a range up to 1 foot in all derections of himself but he also surcumbs to the effects of it. and for his kinjutsu he can have the Light flicker tech, it basiclly creates an after image of himself while performing the body flicker tech. these 2 work well together

What about a villian who has no KG whatsoever, but uses his intellect and mastermind abilities to bide everyone to his will?

Then he can have his own Kinjutsu, which is the perfect puppet manipulation technique, which bids a specific person to his will. The drawback is that when using it, his life spams shortens.

perhaps a jutsu that suppresses the senses of all shinobi withing a radius, including the user. then a KG of like a "sixth sense"?

gotcha! my bad. im not whoring for rep here but through the day ill just bounce some things off you because stuff like this is super fun for me.

well i could see how a gas tech would be forbidden though. too much risk of innocent bystanders and such.

how about space release? like the user could create small black holes. i could see a tech like that being forbidden because if youre not careful you yourself could be sucked in..?

Make a character who was born evil as in, kills for no reason. But late some time in his life, meets a girl and go into a relationship. They think of starting a family and the guy becomes good. but the he one day finds the girl cheating on him with 2 guys so he kills them all. From then on he becomes a killing machine.

Kinjutsu, Life suction jutsu(???)- sucks the life force out of the opponent and kills them but however the side effect is that the user will not be able to use any jutsu for the next 24 hours after the seals are performed( doesn't matter if jutsu connects or not)
