Minato has the best chance of beating Madara

My point was that he hasn't fought Madara, so you don't know how the battle would play out. And also, Minato can no longer fight anyone. But you only know that Minato could defeat Tobi because we've seen that battle. You can't honestly say that you know who would win in a Minato vs. Madara fight.

Minato would probably win, he is able to tag madara before madara could move his thumb. Yet, on the other hand there's a good chance madara has seen s/t jutsu before. Remember, Tobirama fought alongside Hashirama a lot, so Madara would have witnessed him using it. He might not remember it but if he does that gives him a slight edge. Then again, Minato would just do a Tobi on him and rasengan this fool on the back.

Nothing proves he can't. We could never know he could have teleported Kyubis TBB, but he actually did it.
