Dan is NOT Faster Than Minato!!!

Tobi is not faster than Minato. It's his jutsu which is more versatile since he can go almost everywhere without marking the target, but in terms of speed Minato's FTG is faster cuz he can teleport himself in an blink of eye when it takes time for Tobi to do the same thing

Tobi has not shown a requirement to prepare where he needs to go before he goes there, minato can only go where he has been before or where his kunai has been placed, tobi can go almost anywhere (he needs to sense chakra there) meaning that technically tobi can move over a wider range than minato in less time.

Conclusion tobi is faster. Also if we consider intangibility then return to tangibility a form of teleportation, tobi is faster in every sense, I won't do that though as it would be too controversial for the base I think.

What I am saying is that the prep time required by minato makes him slower than tobi. Minato would have to throw his kunai or touch the place before he can teleport there.

For all those, Dan is faster people. Dan turned into a spirit and flew there. Anyone not using S/t jutsu and uses flat base speed running the distance Dan went would simply lose to him in a race. It's like using an airplane in a 5 km race

Minato doesnt really use sheer speed, he uses S/T jutsus to teleport.

while dans jutsu seems like it was sheer speed.

Minatos still faster tho.
