Um...
Fire is one of the basic elemental nature transformations. It is performed by moulding superheated chakra inside the stomach before releasing it via the lungs and mouth. It´s usually affiliated with the Tiger hand seal.
Fire consists of mid to long-ranged offensive techniques that cause combustive and explosive damage.
Fire is strong against Wind because the air feeds the flames, but weak against Water because it cools and smothers them.
Fire can be used in conjunction with Lightning to augment the latter by using the former to alter weather conditions with a sufficiently powerful technique.
Additionally, it can be used with Wind to increase the strength of a fire technique and even overcome the superior element of water.

Description: The user will throw several shuriken at the enemy and then inflames them with fire to cause extra damage.
Inhale a deep breath of air, and mix it with your fire chakra, within the lungs. Then throw shuriken at that tree trunk while exhaling the fire from your mouth. The fire will catch onto the shuriken setting them on fire and will char some of the bark of the trunk.

This jutsu is quite similar to Dragon Flame Blitz but instead of channeling your chakra into the your hands you focus chakra into your esophagus and then release that chakra to spit out a small ball of fire.

Then I exhale the air along with the fire chakra from my mouth, "spitting out" a small ball of fire*(Sorry if it´s not understandable since it´s a bit hard for me to describe everything in english
