*Spoilers*
I was honestly pretty disappointed with part of this DLC. I haven'y completed ALL of it, only the Vampire questline. And I have to say the story was kinda boring. The only thing I liked was Vampire Lord mode. My favorite part happened pretty early in the story, the part where you have to go to the Skooma den and the dealers turn out to be vampires too. I drank the skooma, got knocked out, woke up, and watched two vampires talk about how we're all cattle. I talked to the vampire guarding me and his reaction was "I do not converse with my prey." I busted out of my cell, turned into a Vampire Lord and showed him what a real "vampire" was. Made me feel like a badass.
But anyway, the story did not go into the direction I wanted it, I had to constantly stay partners with a retard, had to kill one of my favorites in the questline (Lord Harkon), and the ending was a disappointment. You became lord of Castle Volkihar, but no one treated you with an ounce of respect. One guy said he would rip my arms off if I messed with him, even though I just destroyed a vampire 100x more powerful than him just in the other room. I'll try the Dawnguard side later, but I doubt it will be better than the Vampire Lord side.
