so as I understand that if the one who was summoned knows how to release the technique, along with the seals necessary, he can break out of the command.

this is what I understood from the speech. I wish we had better translation.

madara:
there is a risk to ET. if you know the seals you can release ET's contract. this is really dangerous (for the user, in other words kabuto in this situation). (because the user, in other words kabuto, will have to face) an undying enemy with unlimited chakra.
tell kabuto that he shouldn't use forbidden techniques carelessly.


if what I understood is true, and that's the deal why didn't tobirama break the seal off when he was summoned by orochimaru? because he was completely turned into a mindless-puppet?

He had no control over his body. When the Jutsu is cancelled, the Edos had time to move around freely for a little while. Thats why Madara could do them.
The 2nd Hokage was sealed, so therefor he couldn't move at all. If the jutsu was cancelled, then he could do the handseals and show his brother as well.

Yea, I too believe Dead Demon Consuming seal would make its entrance again, but may be the user should have enough mileage to build up a drama. I can't imagine Naruto using it. Although he can grab Madara to perform it

The last thing you mentioned is interesting. It would be very interesting to see Orochimaru working on undoing Dead Demon seal, as he was defeated in the past due to it.

Oro should have research Dead Demon Seal in great detail... he was desperate that time... trusting his knowledge, I hope he found something interesting...

Itachi's actions were not a waste. He freed Naruto and Team from the Jinchuurikis. May be Tobi would retreat without knowing that Edo-Madara kicked himself out of summoning contract, and then Naruto would join Kages?

Madara could've learned the Edo-tensei. Tobirama Senju was his contemporary. But I wonder why the hell anyone else from Konoha doesn't have info on this jutsu, which was developed by a former Hokage?

Maybe naruto will defeat Tobi and combine all of the tailed beast into him. and then sage of the six path will reborn, or naruto will get a lots of power for himself. But then he needs a good opponent to fight with. I think thats why Madara is here, still alive. kissi was planning this from a long time ago.

This chapter wasn't worth the..It didn't leave me satisfied at all!

It was disappointing. Like one user said, Dan's jutsu was very lame and there wasn't enough of the other things happening. It was just showing off Dan's jutsu and everyone being surprised about the edo.

But I was happy that Madara gets to have more page-time. Another reason why I don't like this chapter as much as I want to is that what Madara said at the end could be interpreted in many different ways. So it was a little confusing to me. Maybe it was the translation? :/

Regardless, It's a 3/5 for me!

Edit: I wonder what Sasuke is gonna say. Pretty much one of the most important things I wanna know now is what Sasuke will do next in the story (Even though I'm not a big Sasuke fan)

Edit edit: Why is Madara so determined on killing these 'weak' Kages? Even though he might of not been controlling his actions before, it still seems like after he releases himself from the Edo, he still wants to kill them or something. Aren't there other things he wants to do or confirm while hes still alive?

Idk if it was mentioned earlier but something had caught my attention when the kages were talking. The person who stopped edo would be a "hero" we all know that it was itachi but if sasuke was the one to defeat kabuto would he be the one taking the credit for stopping and now be forgiven? Not a sasuke fan.

It was a forbidden jutsu, you weren't allowed to know anything about it and it is hinted that Tobirama left it because of this and didn't perfect. Tobirama was also one of his mortal enemies and he knows his ultimate jutsu even though people who researched it for many years don't know. Seems legit xd

I liked the chapter. Especially the part with Dan and Tsunade kissing.

What I dislike is that the outcome can drag everything out for another couple years of episodes of people fighting Madara (of course the kage have to overcome him, otherwise they'd suck and their battle was stopped and bleh).

I really badly wanted to come back to Naruto and Tobi. Now it looks like I will have to wait a few more years to see that and find out Tobi's identity.

I thought, tobi would retreat for a while until he would use Edo tensei himself.
(If he doesnt do that naruto gets closer to god with every second he still has enough power to stand on his feet)


But I really dont see a way to defeat edo madara... Maybe dead demonseal could be a way... or the information of that scroll, Juugo and suigetsu found before...

In that case, Sasuke should also need ultra power-ups to build up the Naruto-Sasuke rivalry and their climax fight (probably, if there is one). Now how could Sasuke get power-ups? He would defeat Kabuto, and absorb him??

Mega plot hole!!!!! If all it takes to break out of Edo Tensei is to know the seal then second Hokage should have been able to brea free from it. This is what I call pulling one out your end side without giving it much thought...

I think we are missing another possibility because of the bad translation. What Madara might refer to when saying “there is nothing more troublesome”, is that he has no other choice but to release the contract, because the Edo was fading, but in the process losing his undying body and infinite chakra.
