Even if he used a massive shinra tsunade would have gotten back to his location in under 5 seconds for sure.

The data book helps to an extent, to people can have 5 yet one is much faster than the other, it is because 5 is the max.

Chakra = life force + physical energy, tsunade regens her lifeforce therefore her chakra won't run out like that.

I believe with that much power her attack strength would be multiplied 5-10 times. Her punches would be strong enough to destroy anything in a 200m radius. Her speed would be on par with A. She has a lot more chakra than Gai so she would be able to sustain the gates for a longer amount of time. With that much speed, power, durability she may be on the same level as Sasuke, Minato, Itachi and Mu or even at the same level as her grandfather.

The only downside would be that with the gates activated alongside mitotic regeneration her chakra would deplete much faster but since she already has a lot of it, it wouldn't affect her in a short fight.

Being a tank that can travel really fast means it would be very difficult to hit her but if you do she will just regenerate.

While her muscles are being repaired, they are being destroyed at the same time. She would just keep the ability to use her power to its fullest extent until she ran out of chakra, which would be pretty fast considering her regeneration technique takes a lot of chakra to use and the gates is consuming the rest of it.

If it is chakra then you are absolutely right, the highest she would be able to go to for long periods of time without fatal consequences is the seventh gate.

I'm not sure how much of a loss that is though since we have only seen the power of the seventh gate, which was pretty amazing, and tsunades base is much higher than guys.

On a more serious note, i think mototic regenerator would keepher from dying to the 8th gate, but the combination of the two would dramatically shorten her lifespan similar to naruto in kyuubi mode, but with the added penalty of mitotoic life shortening. That said, i think she's going to kick the bucket after the war.

She focuses chakra into her taijutsu to make herself amazingly strong, the gates just unlock the body's own physical potential to it's max therefore the effects would essentially stack

If she were to open all 8 gates, hell even 7 gates, she would be able to defeat pretty much anyone in the series I think, with the exception of shinobi with particular skill-sets. You wouldn't really be able to outlast the 8 gates effect on her because her main jutsus would extend the effect for quite some time I believe.

Unless she constantly has 7 gates unlocked already the seventh gate will improve both speed and strength

Eight Gates can be made with extrem and intense trainning.Nobody can compete with Gai in term of trainning.You can't be master in all.Gai gave his life for Gates ,Tsunade for medic jutsu.
