I see, but it already allows you to reach a Kage Level which Tsunade is so what is the purpose of reaching a level that you already at. Well! What some else above, or next page, said why would she need it if she already has techniques greater (or something similar).

It allows a non kage level to reach beyond, the gates enhance your original power dramatically.

NO,because Gai doesnt have all those healing jutsu nad ridiculous strengh of tsunade ...
