*Bows in respect and then places right hand on the hilt of Sakura no Ki and the left hand on the scabbard whilst edging my right foot forwards slightly whilst the left edges backwards until i take a diagonal post facing towards you and smiles*

Kaito:Shall we dance to the sound of the silent woods and the roar of our souls clashing

*Bows in respect and then places right hand on the hilt of Sakura no Ki and the left hand on the scabbard whilst edging my right foot forwards slightly whilst the left edges backwards until i take a diagonal post facing towards you and smiles*

*I, too, bow to my opponent, before placing my left hand below Mythos's rain guard, on the scabbard; for this match, Mythos is a standard chokutō.*

"The chiming wind shall be our prelude."

*Sliding my left foot backwards, and raising my right heel, I lift Mythos's scabbard so that it lays parallel to the ground, as I unsheathe the straight blade, and then continue to assume a stance reminiscent of Waki-no-gamae.

Pushing forward with my right foot, I propel myself towards my adversary, I begin to swing my blade as I approach, slashing from my left with the sword, chopping at Kaito-San at waist level, in an extend two-armed cut; with my righ arm guiding, the slash shall end with the blade pointing forward, instead of being carried all the way to my right side.*

*i then immediately react to the incoming attack by merely manouvering the left hand and lowering the blade slightly and sending it to my left to counter your strike and sending it bounding outwards which provides a slight opening in which i take two short steps backwards retaining my Seigan no Kamae stance and then rotating the left hand again i step into a slash to the shoulder from your left handside*

*Watching the combatant approach i then quickly remove Sakura no Ki from its scabbard swiftly taking grip of the handle with my left hand and taking a more frontal facing stance with the blade pointed at your throat*

*i then immediately react to the incoming attack by merely manouvering the left hand and lowering the blade slightly and sending it to my left to counter your strike and sending it bounding outwards which provides a slight opening in which i take two short steps backwards retaining my Seigan no Kamae stance and then rotating the left hand again i step into a slash to the shoulder from your left handside*

*Coming to a stop with my slash, a you deflect it, I quickly push with my most forward leg to maneuver myself backwards, as you do he same; luckily, with both hands on my sword, regaining control should be quick and efficient; however, I conserve energy, since my blade was deflected, and use the momentum to swing myself into the jodan stance.

When you come in with the slash towards my left shoulder, I quickly lower my blade on that side, assuming Hasso-no-kamar, and stopping your blow with the strong of my blade. Pushing to my left, in an attempt to break contact with your blade, I also step to my right, and forward, rotating my body slightly in a counterclockwise manner as I do so.

With that movement,I again try and release another horizontal slash from my left, aiming for your left bicep. *

*As you parry my strike and take a step away to the left i follow suit moving my left foot round to maintain frontal position towards my enemy and manouvering my left hand again to point the sword across my body i then drive the katana into your attack and pushing towards your left and forcing you backwards which i also take a slight step backwards and i then return to standard Seigan no Kamae stance*

Kaito:Seems our souls are of equal harmony at the moment, i am certainly enjoying the ring of them within this pristine location

*As you parry my strike and take a step away to the left i follow suit moving my left foot round to maintain frontal position towards my enemy and manouvering my left hand again to point the sword across my body i then drive the katana into your attack and pushing towards your left and forcing you backwards which i also take a slight step backwards and i then return to standard Seigan no Kamae stance*

Kaito:Seems our souls are of equal harmony at the moment, i am certainly enjoying the ring of them within this pristine location

*With my right hand as the dominant, I assume the Hasso kendo stance, leading with my left foot with my blade on my right.*

*I take short quick steps forwards maintaining the Seika no Kamae stancing and as i approach i quickly raise the katana forwards slightling manouvering my left hand to put the sword slightly above your shoulder and with a swift flick bring it down towards across your center body as i step into the attack releasing a loud roar*

*as our blades clash and you push my blade outwards and you try and bring down your sword towards my kneck, i quickly take a short step outwards whilst pushing my right hand forwards to push my katana over your shoulder and using the gaurd of the katana to force your swords edge up and away from my kneck and manouverng my left hand inwards towards you right arm whilst stepping round to your right hand side and forcing down my blades edge into your right arm and in cutting it i step backwards leaving a small scratch and raising my katana back into standard position pointing towards your throat*

*As you thrust your katana forward, attempting to get it over my shoulder, I too step outwards and to my left, moving away from your blade just long enough to take another step backwards.

With your blade intent on striking my right arm, I release my chokutō with that hand to make sure the slash doesn't make contact, before resuming my stance.*

Kaito: Well im glad that i managed to pressure a better swordsmen than myself ^_^ and it seems neither of us are providing much of an opening for each other which is surely interesting.

*Kaito changes body posture placing her right foot forwards and her left backwards to the side and wielding the katana lower in the Migi Gedan no Kamae.

*Stanfing my ground as you approach, I tighten my grip on my blade, waitin as you approach; when you are close enough, I quickly swing my sword straight down in a single, smooth, powerful stroke, aiming to slash you with the vertical strike.*

"HA!"

*As Kaito is extremely close to Koetsu and his slash coming down towards kaito, she reacts to the attack by quickly changing the grip of the katana and uses a reverse iaido attack to strike up at your sword parrying it at the same time using the left hand to reverse iaido a second sword cutting up from a diagonal arc across your stomach and up to your shoulder and as the concludes the second strike kaito quickly kicks off the ground jumping back several foot awaiting the outcome*

*As Kaito is extremely close to Koetsu and his slash coming down towards kaito, she reacts to the attack by quickly changing the grip of the katana and uses a reverse iaido attack to strike up at your sword parrying it at the same time using the left hand to reverse iaido a second sword cutting up from a diagonal arc across your stomach and up to your shoulder and as the concludes the second strike kaito quickly kicks off the ground jumping back several foot awaiting the outcome*

The slash follows through; the two-handed strike shouldn't be able to be blocked by a regular sword - it would shatter an ordinary blade; however, Keotsu has no method to block the reverse Iaido, not with both hands on his blade.

He winces as as the cold steel makes contact with his flesh, thankful that his lowered arm prevents his stomach from being split, while the blade cuts Keotsu up to his shoulder.

Leaping backwards, Keotsu observes the gracious wound, wondering how much damage his own strike did to his opponent.

With a blow like that...Keotsu knew that he would be unable to continue the fight.*

*Upon further inspection, Keotsu notices that the wound is not as grievous as he had first discerned. Painful, but not crippling.*
