How will Sasuke EVER get Rinnegan.

No we couldn't see the rinnegan sly. Plus why would nagato deactivate his eyes? just like tobi who has his sharingan activated all the time. IF your right, then where did madara/Tobi get the rinnegan from. SO6p? No i don't think so.

It was stated, the Rinnegan is what awaits after the sharingan, so the the Uchiha being related to the sage so yes they did. Nagato is an Uzumaki, related to the Senju, that's only one half of the bloodline, the half that didn't get the sages eyes.

For all we know, Tobi's eyes could be implanted too and when he was half dead, pretty much out of chakra, he didn't think of deactivating them to save chakra, like everyone else with a dojutsu we have seen tired has done?

Yes I re watched it to make sure after all these arguments. Tobi eye is implanted, damaged or just weird, one of the 3 why can he control the kyuubi that is a MS tech, why can he use space time that should be an MS tech, don't bring tobi's eye into this.

In order to awaken the Rinnegan, not only will you need the Sharigan but you will need the EMS. That has pretty much been proven. The only thing we don't know is if you do indeed need Hashirama's power as well. But if we want to go from what the manga hints to then the Rinnegan is awoken through the EMS. Nagato's eyes were implanted, sorry. Tobi pretty much hints at this and Madara being revived and his first words spoken is even further proof of this. Its very much obvious because if Nagato's eyes were not implanted then what did Tobi do with Madara's Rinnegan after he passed away? Tobi and Madara DO know each other and you think Tobi wouldn't take Madara's Rinnegan? Tobi implanted the Rinnegan within Nagato to use him as a tool for Gedo Mazo. THIS is why he needs Sasuke.

Why do you think Tobi keeps stating that he wants Sasuke to strengthen up his eyes and then states right after that he will use him as a pawn to sync to Gedo Mazo? For him to be synced to Gedo Mazo then he will have to awaken the Rinnegan him self. Hes trying to get Sasuke to follow down Madara's path of hatred to achieve this. Madara's and Sasuke are alike in a lot of ways and throughout the Manga they have been compared to one another more then once.

Also, Nagato didn't awaken the Rinnegan. He awoken the power within the Rinnegan. There is a reason his eyes were hidden until the Rinnegan was revealed.

Tobi gave nagato the rinnegan.
nagato cannot activate it ... only people with EMS will be able to activate it.

Cmon, that first bit was just wishful thnking, the rinnegan is implanted as they needed a kid that can be easily manipulated with high chakra reserves.Nagato cannot change his eyes and his "awakening" the rinnegan was only portrayed like that like that for dramatic effect. I saw a thread on this months ago by TheEye, I think with a good theory, using buddihist mythology, which Kishi uses all the time and that suggests you must be near death to unlock it

Many shino have high chakra reserves in NU and almost any kid can be manipulated by a genjutsu capable uchiha like tobi, you ignoring the fact that nagato is an uzumaki just won't do...
