Sage can imagine Shisui dead, and Shisui will die. That's the extent of his power. Also, do you think Sage would just stand there while Shisui activates KA? Sage would kill him in an instant, before Shisui even knew what happened.

Kotoamatsukami rewrites your mind and took control even over the Mangekyou Sharingan. Nagato cannot counter it. Besides sensors are affected by Genjutsus, too.

But yeah, obviously no one can defeat Rikudo Sennin.
