nope I'm not one of those minato fans but itachi beat him in one move so minato is bound to win this..easily.
just put a tag on his body because you know he's going to be out of the range of the "death" cloud so just teleport to where he's flying and maybe stab him a few times

I don't think you understand that minato didn't get his name the yellow flash because of FTG he is extremely fast on his own and besides if minato was able to go up against "masked man" he should easily trash deidara

He can use Space time barrier on the bomb BEFORE it explodes. plus it doesn't explode instantaneously, so he can put a marking or seal on the bomb and teleport it away. The bomb puffs up slowly and accumulates in size, but it doesn't explode right away, giving Minato time to mark it with a seal and teleport it away, or use his S/T barrier to teleport it.
